Google’s clawed reach grows ever-larger, with rumors that they’re developing an OS and a smartphone to gather even more information about us. So-called academics debated the merits of future birth LIMITS at seven American universities last week, part of a slow government rollout of the idea that will come to light in the next decade when they start drafting bills.
